Fireproof Proban

A fireproof mechanic-suit route for teams wanting added protection beyond general workwear without specifying the FIA-approved or SFI two-layer options. Fit, practical details and visual identity are agreed around the team's working environment.

Approval: Non-FIA. Approval requirements must be checked for the intended role.
Protection: One layer. Added protection compared with the non-fireproof route.
Intended use: Trackside duties. Specified around the team's working and series requirements.

SFI 2 Layer Nomex

A two-layer fireproof construction for teams working in championships or roles that recognise the relevant SFI specification. The applicable approval is confirmed against the final suit and intended series during consultation.

Approval: SFI. The applicable SFI specification is confirmed per order.
Protection: Two layer. A layered fireproof mechanic-suit system.
Intended use: Series-specific. For roles accepting the confirmed SFI specification.

FIA Approved

The highest-approved mechanic-suit route in the Torq range combines three-layer construction with practical movement and storage details for demanding race-meeting roles. FIA approval belongs to this product alone on this page.
